Rittenhouse Rewards Program FAQ

1. Who may participate?
Anyone who is a member (excluding dealers and distributors) of our website may participate . Membership is free and you can sign-up today

2. What are the requirements?
The program is open only to members (excluding dealers and distributors) of our website. You must also have a valid working email address to receive updates concerning your account.

3. How do I earn points?
Points can initially be found on specially marked wrappers, starting with our The Quotable Xena: Warrior Princess trading card set. Wrappers must remain in tact in order to be valid.

4. How do I get a username and password?
Your username and password will be created when you setup your account on our site.

5. How do I redeem points?
Once you have collected several specially marked wrappers, send them to us at the address below along with the "Rittenhouse Rewards Submission Form". The wrappers must remain in tact in order to be valid. Please do not cutout the "Reward Points" from the wrappers. We will enter your points into the system and you will receive an email with your new account balance. You may also login to our website at any time to review your account balance.

6. How many wrappers may I submit?
No more than 2 cases worth of wrappers per product may be submitted without proof of purchase

7. What can I get with my points?
Once you have accumulated enough points, you may redeem those points for items from our "Rewards Program" catalog. Each item in the catalog is assigned a point value. Some items are more common than others with unique one-of-a-kind items having a higher point value than more common cards.

8. How do I "redeem" points for items?
First browse our on-line "Reward Program" catalog. Once you have found the item you want, add it to your shopping basket. Once you have selected all of your items "checkout". The total cost of all of the items in your basket will be displayed and you will be asked to confirm your redemption. After clicking the "Redeem" button, the points will be deducted from your available balance and your order will be processed and shipped to the address on your account.

9. How many items may i redeem points for?
Rittenhouse Archives reserves the right to limit redemptions to one unique item per collector.
10. What if I prefer to pay for the shipping of my rewards order with a check or money order instead of my credit card?
If you prefer to pay for shipping of your rewards order with a check or money order, please mail your check or money order to:

(Please address it to Customer Relations even if you include your rewards wrappers in your shipment.)

Once we receive your payment for shipping, our customer service representative will contact you, and then you will be able to order your rewards order through our website.
 
11. How much is shipping?
As you may know, the U.S. postal service has greatly increased their shipping rates for non-U.S. addresses. We understand and apologize that this may create a burden for our international customers. As such, we have changed our shipping procedure for Rewards orders:

Flat rate shipping to non-U.S. addresses (including Canada) is now $7.50 per package.
This rate DOES NOT include tracking, insurance or any guarantee of delivery.

If you prefer, you may select PRIORITY flat rate shipping, including tracking and insurance:
$21 to Canada
$24 to all other international destinations
We STRONGLY recommend this second option for Rewards orders carrying a high point total value, as we cannot make any guarantees of delivery otherwise.

The shipping rate to U.S. addresses remains $7.50 flat rate including tracking and insurance.
