Steven M. Charendoff, President and an MBA graduate of The Wharton School (1990), has more than 25 years of professional experience in the entertainment and sports collectables industry, as well as a lifetime as a collector. Early in his career, Charendoff served in Marketing and Media Relations for the National Hockey League (1985-88). He later worked as Director of Special Projects for the publicly held Score Board (1991-94) and as Entertainment Director at Fleer/SkyBox (1994-1999).
Robert Kohlbus, Vice President of Operations, joined Rittenhouse on a full-time basis in October 2000. A lifelong collector and former publisher of his own dedicated website - www.nonsportcollector.com - Kohlbus oversees the company's office and information systems, and plays a pivotal role in the development of new products and licensing opportunities. Prior to joining Rittenhouse, Kohlbus worked for the University of Maryland as Manager of Website Services.
Denise Dugan, Vice President of Manufacturing, joined Rittenhouse in February 2002. She previously managed production at Fleer/SkyBox and Score Board, and has over 20 years experience in the manufacturing and creation of trading cards and related collectables.
Sam Pierce, Designer, joined Rittenhouse in December 2014, and plays a pivotal role in the design and production of the company's products. He is an alumnus of Liberty University, Class of 2011.
